**WHAT HAPPENED**
Some customers were unable to use our CLI tool.

This incident did not affect live environments on Grid or Dedicated infrastructure.

**CUSTOMER IMPACT**

Between 2025-10-01 17:48 and 2025-10-02 01:16 UTC , some customers were unable to use our CLI tool.

There was no impact on environments or production sites.

**WHAT WAS DONE TO RESOLVE THE INCIDENT**

Our team had corrected the underlying issue responsible for the CLI tooling outage.
Customers should now be able to use our CLI tool.
