We've identified a networking issue with this gateway, and it will be kept out of the production rotation until this is addressed. This should not affect any projects configured according to our guidelines, but any URLs which are using the 220.127.116.11 A record directly in DNS to access their project will be unable to access it.

The offending gateway has been removed from production. All projects using CNAMEs to access will remain unaffected. Only those directly using the affected gateway's IP address will see outages.

We have detected an issue affecting service on the Europe (West) regions. Our Operations team has been notified and is currently working to restore service. Projects on affected regions may experience a timeout when loading the site.
This issue affects production and development environments but does not affect dedicated clusters.
