Platform.sh has scheduled a maintenance window in Europe (West) (eu.platform.sh) region. The physical host server where your project(s) are located will be upgraded.
This maintenance will be performed progressively on different windows: Monday December 3, 2018 from 1900 to 2200 UTC Tuesday December 4, 2018 from 1900 to 2200 UTC Wednesday December 5, 2018 from 1900 to 2200 UTC Thursday December 6, 2018 from 1900 to 2130 UTC
How it will affect you:
During maintenance windows your development environments and the project UI may be unavailable for up to 30 minutes. Live sites may experience an outage lasting no longer than 20 minutes.
Emails were sent to all accounts to communicate which window specifically will impact your projects. During the maintenance window you may talk with our team in the public chat channel for insight into the status of your project.
